i use mary kay satin hands kit its a 4 step to begin with then the hand lotion is wonderful
The new Mary Kay Satin Hands combines 2 steps in a peachy fragrance. The extra emmolient night cream is great for nightly application. Don't even need the gloves if they're bothersome.
I use Cetaphil Cream. I have eczema and this was recommended by my dermatologist. Also it's latex complatible so you can use it a work and not worry about it breaking down gloves.

Glysomed. Not cheap, but lasts forever. Gold Bond Ultimate healing is good, too. Anything with a silicone base works for me.
