Wow Tookie, I am impressed! I'm very into making my own at the moment (bread, jam, curries etc) so the idea of people getting trolleyed on my own homemade grog is really appealing.

I have stacks of cocktail recipes and have found some wonderful sites, but I want to focus on the stuff we tend to drink in Aussie pubs....Kahlua and milk, firetrucks, tequila sunrises, fluffy bunnies, c*cksucking cowboys etc

In a shot glass, float 1/2 a shot of Baileys Irish Cream over 1/2 a shot of butterscotch schnapps. Down the hatch!

Chocolate Martini:

2oz of Vodka

1/2 oz of Creme de cocao

Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice then pour into martini glass

Sex On The Beach:

1 1/2 oz Vodka

1 1/2 oz Peach schnapps

1/2 glass Orange juice

1/2 glass Cranberry juice

No mixing, just pour in in any order (though I prefer to mix the alcohol first, then add OJ, then a splash of Cran on top.)

went to a 50 th on the wekend - l had 1 champagne over 5 hours ----- OH wow is me - everyone else haad lots to drinlk including the cowboys

so thought l would post a photo of a frined of mine with 2 cowboys - then maybe another with a brandy alexander

I didnt knoe ther was going to be cocktails ---- well l had to be back ( an hours drive early n the morning drat it )

I have now been informed that my planned party may not go ahead since the off duty for next month has yet to be finalised etc etc. We'll get drunk if it kills us. My best friend is coming down to Swansea to stay with me for the Tommy Emmanuel concert so we might just get in a bit of practice beforehand

With tin cups on twine around our wrists? Yeeeehaw! Not a lot of us drink beer, and may I burn in hell for admitting I don't like Fosters! Will definitely be playing an indoor version of Wheel of Goon, and the local Walkabout Inn has Bundy - Mahlah and I are gonna keep that little treasure to ourselves since the heathens we live amongst won't appreciate it.
