I went to my first Nursing orientation this past Fri. One of our papers states that we will have a dosage calculation test half way through the first semester; I start Aug. 29. Can one recommend any books so I can get started? I am taking two summer classes, but as of July 18th, I will be done. I want to use that five weeks and get started with math, since that is my worst subject.

I used Math for Meds by Anna Curren.
It was easy to follow and has more than enough practice exercises.

Didn't they tell you what book? Find out and buy that one. The older edition should work fine. Actually, any drug calc book would work fine for self-teaching. But you should just get the one your school uses to avoid wasting money.
My school uses Morris Calculate with Confidence ISBN 9780323056298
Pickar and Pickar Dosage Calculations ISBN-13: 9781418080471 is a widely used one that you can get old editions of for cheap on ebay.
