Maybe they thought this was his new social media platform, as if Trump could get his act together enough to launch a real platform. This one just has a bunch of "contact us" forms and warning you in advance that nobody will acknowledge your submission, so don't bother asking, and you can keep your lousy gifts and snail mail letters, we don't want them. Looks like he uses the "save america" site to extort money from cancer patients and direct people to send all their donations directly to him instead of the RNC because he has to personally approve every Republican candidate they want to support.

Since Trump says that he presided over the most corrupt election in our history, after presiding over the most corruptly and incompetently managed pandemic in history, it's amazing that he thinks that's evidence for his re-election. Logic isn't Trump's long suit.

One has to wonder about the level of logic now employed by McConnell and McCarthy trying to run with the fantasy they can be Trump sycophants and somehow scare the significant number of anti-Trump Republican defectors back into the fold by casting the Biden administration as dangerous radical left socialists who want to "destroy the American way of life".

They can't do that, but I expect we'll continue to see some entertaining manifestations of the disconnect like this one.
