Just wondering if your patient's parents must wear cover gowns when visiting their babies. I'm not talking about MRSA or other contact isolation precautions...
A "yes" or "no" answer would be appreciated.

Not in my current unit. Though the first unit I was in, all had to in RSV season.

If your talking about the parents putting a cover such as a hospital gown over their clothes, yes they have to. If they are in isolation, they have to wear one of our isolation gowns too.
