I've always wanted to be a nurse since I was 5 yrs old. Sure, it took me 7 years post high school graduation to complete my degree, but it's the only thing that I ever wanted to do and now I am doing it.

Had to think about it for a minute but yes, I love nursing!
In fact the only reason that I think I get frustrated with the politics and the problems it is because I care so much.
Thanks for asking the question and making me remember that the problems we encounter everyday should make me want to better the profession and do a better job for my patients not want to walk away and never look back.

I'VE OFTEN WONDERED WHY SO MANY NURSES' WHO LEAVE THE PROFESSION GO INTO REAL ESTATE???? IF ANYTHING THE HOURS, STRESS LEVELS SEEM WORSE!
