I will vote at 9 am after I get off of work.
My question is two fold,
1. Did you vote today or are you going too?
2. I have voted for Republican, Democrat and different 3rd party members. Do you lean towards one Democrats or Republicans. What is your biggest issue?
This is just a friendly question, that it would be a good topic for today.

I voted about 2 weeks ago . I love absentee voting, it makes life so much easier!
I'm a die hard republican and "tend" to vote with the party. There are a few issues that I differ with the party on and in those cases, I vote for what I believe in.

Yes I did vote and so did my husband. We voted together. I am also in MI with Jen and agree this is a scary day since we are choosing a govenor and senator. I voted a mix of democrat and republican. We had some proposals too. I had a mix of yes and no votes. I just hope that the next govenor can turn Michigan's economy around.
Hi
I'm a little late getting to this thread; However
Both DH & I voted last week; We have early voting here in Illinois; It's really helpful as there is NO EXCUSE now for not having the time--plus the polling places are VERY convenient.
I'm most a Democrat, but vote across lines & go for whomever I think is best; DH is mostly republican!!! He will also cross Party Lines, tho!!
We seldom agree on any candidates or issues, tho; We have LIVELY discussions!! We've been having these "LIVELY" discussions for 33 yrs + the 5 years we dated!! Interesting!!
We both feel that Voting is our greatest Privelidge!!

I voted after I got out of class yesterday, voted mostly Dem, a few Rep, and a few Ind, most I had to leave blank though because I didn't know enough about the people or their views--no blind voting for me! It looks like only one of my choices stayed in office so that means I can gripe about the rest!!! Thanks to all that did vote.
