determining fluid status

hi fellow future nurses, i have a questions, what are the three most important assessments to be done to determine a patients fluid status..i came up with daily weight, urine output, and blood pressure...can anyone else help with this question or give some input

There is a lot to assess- skin turgor, edema, lung sounds, I&O, weights, are the mucous membranes moist, and I am sure there is a ton I'm not thinking of...

K+. Na+ labs, medication history? I don't know what the three most important are. I&O's, daily weights and something else.

I think you nailed the top three. Those are the ones I would put into my interventions on a care plan.
