i've been really angry lately.. and now think i did something really stupid.. like.. threw my laptop away.. ( didn't make me feel any better.. just felt stupid for doing it ) was so angry that i can't seem to get a good score from my exam thing..saunders cd.
my exam date is fast approaching.. 2nd week of oct. (can't resched it anymore you guys)
not done with the suanders book (not even close to reading the half of it)
can't understand the stupid questions
i believe that iam resorting to procrastination (though i don't want to..just can't help it) since i can't seem to do anything right..
i hate my freakin' life!!!! hate it!!!!
getting older and older and can't even start my nsg career!
i should proly pick myself up..not too late for me right? (a month and couple o' days) and really really discipline myself..oh gawd!
so you study how many hours per day? 8am till what?
Do yourself a favor and take a mini vacation 2-3 days. Go away or just check in 2 bed and breakfast.
Then start your day structured as if in school. 8 hour study days. lunch break and 2 15 minute breaks.
Multitude of prayers. Ace that exam.
how can u take a 2 to 3 days break or week when u fail the exam?
I dont think so
i failed my test first time, i got letter 11 am ...so from same day by 2 pm i already started study...
U will start forget things if u take long breaks
Keep trying ur test as 45 days passed,,,dont wait over 60 to 90 days or reschduale......
dont waste time keep trying soon u will pass tooo
THIS IS ONLY MY OPINION,, IF U WANNA FOLLOW OTHER PEOPLE ADVISE THEN UR WISH
Is there an NCLEX prep class that you can take anywhere near you? That's what our school requires of students who don't score well on ATI. I don't know how much help it would be or the cost, but it might be an option for you to help gain confidence.
I'd also have your pharm, med/surg, ob/peds books right out there. If you miss one, study the rationale, and make sure you understand WHY the rationale is correct--if it doesn't make sense, go look it up in the textbook. Sometimes there's just stuff that you didn't learn in class that didn't show up on tests, but you need to know it for the NCLEX. Good luck!
