DePaul MENP Fall 2016

Hi Everyone!

Is there anyone who has been accepted for the the Fall 2016 cohort or heard back from admissions? Which campus? How did you hear if you got accepted? Deadline was January 15th, I know it's a little too soon to hear back but you never know! :)

I don't know VPET. I just set up the campus connect today, but I think that may be there when I applied for Undergrad at Depaul several years ago.

yeah, mine has a lot of leftover tabs from when I was accepted to undergrad too. Immunizations, acceptance letter, FAFSA, etc. It is a total tease. If only the years on all that stuff would update!

That's what I thought @evav.. I feel like a nervous wreck. This waiting game is the absolute worse part, even worse than interviews or applying.

Same here! I've been refreshing my campus connect all day, thinking i'll hear something! I also tried to live chat with someone from the college of nursing but couldn't get any straight answers from them. I'm just confused if they are going to release another round of decisions or if people will find out at random times. The person told me that we will most likely know by mid- march but definitely by the end of the month. So far away!

I thought when they said 'by March' that meant by beginning of March...but I guess March is included.

Alyssa's post said by March, so in my brain that made me think this week. But I guess you guys are right, that could mean extending in to March. Oddly enough, the longer window makes me feel better, less pressure for some reason. 3/11 marks the end of an 8 week period from the application due date, end of this week is 6; I had heard 4-6 weeks, and also 4-8weeks for application review, so maybe by then!

Nbs, when I chatted them they said that it is technically rolling, but a lot of times it ends up going out as a large wave. Not sure if that is helpful to you haha

I also think that when it says by March that means before the month of March. But I guess that means it could extend into March. I am hopeful that we will receive a decision by February 29th. :) I decided not to contact them except for today to get my campus connect set up so that I don't seem bothersome.

Also @VPET, don't be discouraged. I think that they will still consider your application for admission. I am hopeful for you. :)
