Can anyone help me here, I'm planning to take the LVN exam because I just got denied by CABON because of the concurrency issue..I just want to know:
Method #3 - Equivalent Education and/or Experience(the PHARMACOLOGY course)Do I need to submit it also? and how? or I just need to submit only the
Method #2 - Graduates of an Out-of-State School of Practical/Vocational Nursing.
BTW, I'm an international graduate, Registered Nurse from the Philippines but I can't sit for the NCLEX-RN exam that is why I decided to take this one. Hope someone can answer my question thank you.
i sent mine thru USPS -certified mail-. didnt get any update for 8 months until 1/25. i just need to fill up this declaration and hopefully everything goes well.
hi @rstamaria2011, just like you I only received my declaration of nursing educ. form 1/27/2014 for almost 9 months of waiting. I just want to ask if you already filled up your form and how did you answer your no.5, esp. the date started and the date completed and do we have to include all the hospitals we had for clinicals? And also no. 8, what if you don't have a license? I hope you can help me with these. Thank you and goodluck to us.
hello iamfromstacatalina, i talked to one of my schoolmate that already passed the lvn. and she told me that i need to talk to our dean for #5 (for the complete breakdown of clinicals). im just waiting for their response. if your dont have the licence you can put N/A.

I have the same case too as yours. I'm sort of confused about the process for LVN exam but I suppose you already took it since you're post about this was wayback 2012. By any chance have you already taken your exam and if you dont mind, can I get some tips on what you did for the processing...
got my eligibility for NCLEX PN after nearly a year of waiting. im looking for a review center in ORANGE COUNTY. i live in westminster guys, any suggestion would be appreciated. thanks guys for giving tips. godbless us all
Successful completion of a written examination titled the National Council Licensing Examination for Practical (Vocational) Nursing (NCLEX) or the National League for Nursing Test Pool Practical Nursing Examination (NLN). A passing score on a Registered Nurse examination will not satisfy this requirement.
