Anybody thinking about El Centro/ Northlake in the DCCCD for Jan 2006?
Is anyone else taking classes at NLC on Tuesday and Thursday?I am taking A&P 2, English 2 and Psychology 2 on the same days.

I wish. My chem is at MVC on MW. I think I'm going up to MVC on TR to utilize the tutors. I know I have to in order to do the extra credit homework, but I'm sure the extra help will be extremely beneficial.
Good luck with your classes this semester. :)
Maybe it is because I have been studying all day and night so far and am getting forgetful but how do I do my GPA again? I know my GPA for my prereq's but am trying to figure out how to do my support courses. I use to do it all of the time but now I just can't remember. I keep getting this funky number. Can anyone please help me? :)

For 3 credit hour classes:
A = 3*4 = 12
B = 3*3 = 9
C = 3*2 = 6
For 4 credit hour classes:
A = 4*4 = 16
B = 4*3 = 12
C = 4*2 = 8
Add the subtotals from all the classes using the formulas above, then divide by the total credits you have taken.
For example
4*4 = 16
3*4 = 12
(A on a 4 credit & A on a 3 credit class.)
28/7=4.0
Let me know if I didn't explain it clearly enough. :)
UGH Thank you!! I swear it seems like my mind is turning into mush. I couldn't remember this for the life of me! Sure hope I can remember things for nursing school! :uhoh21:

lol....I know what you mean, but with each other's support on here, as well as all the other members, we will do it!!!!!!
There is a crash program at either TCU or at TWU (I'm old and can't remember which now) that offers a 1 year transition for a BS degree. If you have a BS in ANYTHING, they will have you finished with a BSRN in 1 year of full time school. You might want to check that out.
It's at TCU. Pre-reqs+15 months of full-time study = BSRN
Check it our here:

I wish UT would offer its RN-BSN program online.
I wish this next month and a half would hurry up.
I wish I hadn't taken chemistry...what a pain. lol
I wish I'd make myself stay off this site for at least a hour. HAHAHHAHAHA
ok, study time! I'll check back in later! :)
