Daytona State Nursing Spring 2020

Hello my name is Cassidy. I am writing on here because I wanted to get an idea on how many people are signing up for the nursing program of spring 2020. You would sign up in September. My GPA is 3.84 I am currently in my last prerequisite Microbiology. I still have to do teas on my teas practice I scored 81% in reading 70% in math in high 50%+ in science English (which I am trying to bring up before I take teas). What scores would you recommend to get that way I am guaranteed a spot. I can't wait another year to get in.. I know in my micro class there is about 20+ applying for September. Just wanted some advice...

oh wow they definitely are very specific! Do you know which brand of shoes your sister got? Not sure where I should start looking at haha. Also, I have high hopes of getting in and picked up a backpack + clinical tote bag today!

That’s smart to start getting the supplies little by little instead of dealing with a huge list of them right before the program actually starts.

Definitely the book list will be very helpful ..anything helps to get certain stuff done ahead of time .. but doesn’t financial cover the books though?

OMG GUYS!! I called nursing department just a minute ago and letters are being sent out the 28th!! The nursing department says that is usally earlier then usual so maybe there was a lot less people that applied!! I hope we ALL get in!!

!!! whoever gets theirs first let me know!! Does Daytona State’s mailing take two days to ship or same day shipping?!

I hope its same day!! I would think it would be 1-2 days though because outgoing mail get picked up at 9:30 am and people apply from different cities like me in palm coast I think people that are actually in Daytona will have same day mail. MY ANXIETY is crazy I want to know soooo bad!!!

Thank you Casssidy23 for calling. Now my anxiety is higher than ever-haha! I live in Christmas (west of Titusville) so I probably won't get a letter until the 29th or 30th. I can hardly wait! Hang in there everyone!

I called Wednesday to the nursing office and the lady told me they are sending letters out on the Monday the 28th I dont understand why now we wont receive till thanksgiving. That makes no sense at all im gonna call
