after 10 days, still no name on BRN CA website,does that mean you failed?

3-10 days, waiting period for your name to be posted on their website.. but after 10 days, name's still not posted.. while others who took the exam on the exact same date like you did, already have their names posted [some people who took the exam on a later date then you did also have their names posted]..

is it still right for you to have a tiny ray of hope.. that maybe, just maybe.. like them.. you too passed?

or is it just false hope, and you're still in denial that you failed..

is it safe for you to assume that you failed, after 10 days.. still no news, no site of your name or whatsoever..

hard to assume that you DID not fail when almost everybody already got their results and passed..

Just heard from a classmate today that he actually waited two and half weeks to see his name on the website, actually someone else saw his name and gave him a call, because he had given up looking on that darn site. It's not fair that some people find out within two days while others are left to suffer for many long weeks. The waiting period is painful.

Took mine last feb 24 here in CA,found out today that i passed...true,waiting is so painful,i can't even sleep thinking if i passed or failed,good thing it's over now.

Hi dmat317: Did your friend took the NCLEX in CA? I know its not fair. I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks but still no result. I already started studying again today. I don't have time to wait for another 2-4 weeks. It's a waste of time.

Hi shadowz: Everyone here feels your frustration. 30 business days to receive a letter is ridiculous!!! That is 5 weeks!!! I hope that long wait of yours is better be WORTH it (PASSING RESULT) because you could have done so much in 5 weeks. Its sad that we did our part on paying the CA-BRN fee $$$ so that we could expect to see our result at least on time, but now they're saying 30 business days! I won't be suprise if they increase the processing fee someday too.

OMG I feel so sorry for you guys. That is CRAZY and torture. I thought I was gonna die waiting 48 hours. The roller coaster I was on was horrible. I can say for once in my life that I am glad I live in New Jersey. lol

I know. I am also waiting for the results. I took mine in California last February 10th and I am still waiting. Waking up at 3AM to check my name is such a frickin hassle. I had 75 questions, all SATAS and PRIORITY and NO MATH and I tried my best to answer that unpredictable exam but no results YET. I called the CA-BRN to check if my file is complete and guess what the guy tells me.... He says there is only ONE person checking the exam results by hand and she does not have a phone number!!!! When is this wait going to end!

:sfxpld::flmngmd::angthts::flmngmd::argue: oh my god!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have a life and death family situation, can't do nothing coz of this freakin waiting thing.. can't find a job since most of them are not hiring.. if i passed the exam then it will be awesome coz i get to have work and help my grandpa who by the way is in the ICU and my parents financially!! im sorry for ranting guys.. it's just that everything that's happening right now in my life is breaking my heart and i can't do ****.. i know that God has a purpose, a plan.. i just can't understand it.. what if i fail??? this waiting stuff, i actually don't mind at all if i don't need it badly.. but i freakin' need this badly!!!!

i dont think so. its too farfetch to assume that you failed only after 10 days. though its a possibility, the best that you can do is wait. accordingly. it takes 20-30 days for the results to come out. so it would be excruciating if you keep on worrying. just let go. and if worse comes to worse, you can always retake it again. its not what we want to happen, but its better than giving up! smile and be happy! :smilecoffeecup:

Hi darthgirl: So sorry to hear your problem. Hope we get the good news soon by mail. After attending a 4 year public institution, I also have a loan to pay. Plus I am renting an apartment with a room mate. I tried to get a part-time job but most aren't hiring, unless if you're in the health care field. That is why I need this license so I can get a job soon, if not sooner. I hope the BRN realize that this is our career that is being delayed.
