Hello, I am wondering if anyone has attended or applied to CSUSM FNP program? Or any other FNP programs in San Diego? I applied and am waiting to hear back. I would appreciate any feedback from any fellow FNP students or recent graduates about your experiences. Thank you!

I applied! I believe the deadline is 5/20 so I'm assuming we won't hear back until after that.

Cool! I know of some people who already found out they got accepted in March. I am a little confused because this is also the second time they have pushed the deadline back. Have you applied to any other programs or know of any in SD?

Just got my acceptance email for CSUSM FNP Fall 2020! I also applied to the FNP program at Azusa but was rejected. Those are the only in-person FNP programs I know of in San Diego.

That's awesome, I got my acceptance as well and plan to attend. Are you going to accept the offer? I've heard great things. One of the NPs at my hospital teaches there and speaks highly of it.

I'm also very excited to start! And I don't know anyone else who applied so far.

I applied to the PMHNP program in March and I saw that the deadline was extended to July 1st. Has anybody heard anything regarding the timeline for decisions? Or has anyone been accepted to the psych program?

I know a few other people who've been admitted to the FNP program and it seems like everyone has been finding out on a rolling basis. I am not sure why they keep extending their deadline but imagine it has to do with the pandemic. Good luck!

Hi everyone! I also applied to CSUSM's FNP program and am waiting to hear back. How long did it take for your acceptances to come in?

Hey! I believe it was about 4 months after applying that I got my acceptance. It seems like COVID has definitely changed the timeline on their normal application/decision cycle! Has anyone heard if this first semester will be online? Anyone local RNs here in SD? I work at Scripps
