Does anyone know if we get notified or if the webportal updates when they have received all documents (Letter of recs, health clearance, etc.)?

Not that I know of. The portal has an “applicant” tab. Some additional info might be there!

Does anyone know if they will be conducting interviews for this cohort? I read on another forum that they did not last year but the website says “may require an interview”.

No idea! I saw that too. They reserve the right to interview. Hopefully we get some sort of notification soon.

Does anyone know the amount of students that will be admitted to the cohort?

I was reading last year's thread and people got their acceptance emails on Oct 30th. Hoping they'll let us know sooner though...

I was informed from the portal system's "Ask Matty" that we will hear back by mid-October to early-November. Best of luck to everyone!!

Does that mean there won't be any interviews for this following cohort? I wish we had some kind of email update on what to expect ?
