CSULB Spring 2015

Published

Hey everyone,

I want to apply for csulb nursing program for spring 2015 cohort, is there anybody here who is applying for spring also? Do you think spring cohort is easier to get in?

The BSN program is 5 semesters right? I'm looking at the cost breakdown of the program tuition and it's saying 6 semesters?

It is 5 semesters. The breakdown isn't very recent.

Then the basic program just takes 2 years and a half ?

Be patient... Haha cause you're going to take care of em. Prepare yourself for a lot of work guys. This is much more difficult than prolly anything you have done before.

Yeah it'll be challenging but one of the most rewarding things as well.. Just looking at the bigger Picture :)

No.....but seriously!! What's taking so long!!! I'll buy lunch on the first day (assuming I get in) to the person who calls and asks for a status update!

Dickeydo, you have nothing to worry about. You are a veteran. As long as you meet the minimum application standards, they cannot deny your entry... You get priority over any other applicants scores. GPA and App scores mean nothing in your situation.... YOU'RE IN!!!!

(does this information on your confirmed acceptance count for the free lunch?)

Does military really get preference? I am also a veteran.

At the informational they said csulb SON is one of the schools that does NOT give extra points/preference to veterans. It's fair game based on points.

I'm not entirely sure that is accurate. All i know, is that I'm not relaxing until I get official confirmation! Then we'll see about lunch! LOL

I also remember hearing that from the information meeting. I wonder why they ask about the military on our application though?
