Hi everyone! As CSU applications open up, I wanted to start a thread for all of my fellow pre-nursing students looking to transfer to CSULB!

Thank you, you too! I am a little confused though, as I called admissions and they said to wait for a decision from SON, although in the past 2020 and 2019 threads people who got accepted to the uni got accepted to the program. I think SON decisions came out 5 days after the university's, so I guess we should just wait?!

IIRC based on previous threads, if your application status changed to "Nursing Basic BS" then that means you got admitted to the nursing program. Congratulations guys! ?

I tried calling the number given on the application status page to find out where I am on the wait list. The lady was rude and not helpful. Not sure where else to find out....

I also got this message! Congrats! I think it’s admission to the program since it says “Nusing Basic BS”

Hi, does anybody know if this is the official acceptance letter into the school of nursing? I just received it 5 minutes ago! I’m not sure if this is the actual letter or if the SON is going to send one as well? ?
