CSULB BSN Spring 2019

Published

Hello everyone, I was unable to find a thread with potential CSULB Spring transfers so I decided to start one. Hopefully, everyone is just as excited as I am :) I haven't taken the TEAS yet and I am currently wrapping up Micro. I plan on taking TEAS The end of may or early June and if I am unsatisfied with my results I will retake them in July. I would love to hear from other applicants! Good luck!!

9.53 around there unless they calculated it very differently.

That's weird, I got in with 9.42... maybe they are waiting? Idk

Hey everyone! Congratulations to everyone that got in. If you are planning on accepting the admission, you should definitely join the Facebook group "CSULB BSN Spring 2019."

Let's keep in touch since we'll all be classmates soon!

Hey why don't you post your stats and we can try to figure out your score? If I were you I would also check in with the school, my points were also incorrectly calculated at another school I applied to and I would have been admitted! However when they found out, they had already sent out the admissions emails so they put me at the top of their waitlist.

Does anyone know when we will find out if we qualify for the trimester program?

Orientation we will be assigned to one or the other semester or trimester

Hey I can't find the FB page I'm not sure if I'm putting it in incorrectly

Hey, you have to look under groups. I had trouble too!

Here are my stats if you guys could help me

Anatomy -A

Physiology - A

Microbiology - A

Chemistry - B

---------------

Statistics - AP

Oral Communication - A

College Communication - AP

Critical Thinking - A

--------------

TEAS

Overall - 95.3

Reading - 93.6.

I mean if I recalculate it and say somehow they accepted my AP Statistics but not my AP English because of me taking actual college level classes... it would be a 3.73 GPA which would put me at a 9.395.

This would be considering if they calculated my Chemistry as a 4 unit semester course instead of my 4 unit quarter course (Which it was) and if they did not accept my AP Eng and used another class. This gives me a score of 9.39 at worse or 9.53 or as high as 9.67

If that was the case, you would've still made it with those points. Did you happen to retake any courses? You should probably call to make sure

Nah I had no retakes done with the same course but I did do a course series both for English and Chemistry but they were pretty much the same grade anyways. Is it good to think that a lot of the wait list individuals passed the exercise but had amount of base points? Maybe they had 9.2 or 9.1 but since most people past with 9.3 they were waitlisted?
