Hi all! I wanted to start a thread for folks who are applying to CSULB starting Fall 2018. I would love to hear other applicants!

you are accepted, everybody who was waitlisted at first had to be before they could make a second round of acceptance

Did you actually receive a waitlist email from the nursing school or did you just wait/call in to hear that you were waitlisted?

I think what happened was people who got an email saying they were waitlisted are ACTUALLY waitlisted, while everyone else who just never heard back (or called in and were told they were waitlisted) was actually accepted, but just waiting to be let in based on available funding.

I actually got an email saying I was waitlisted. But what's weird is that I tried to check my admission status to CSULB and it still says im waitlisted... I dont know how to react haha

I'm in!!! I am so happy!!! Congrats guys :) I got waitlisted to the university though. Will an email from the university come soon because we have to confirm by May 1st for the school

Wait to be accepted into the nursing program, you have to be accepted into CSULB first correct? Or is it possible to be accepted into the nursing program and wait listed to the university lol..

I just called and the lady on the phone said she just sent the list of accepted student to the enrollment services so the system has not been synced yet. We're basically in if we got the acceptance email from SON!!

So if you just never received any email, waitlist confirmation or acceptance, what should you assume?

@kitkat191 You should call M. I didn't receive anything either and then I called and found out I was placed on the alternate list
