Hi all! I wanted to start a thread for folks who are applying to CSULB starting Fall 2018. I would love to hear other applicants!

Hi everyone!

I just noticed this thread for fall 2018 applicants! I went to the communication exercise but I haven't heard of any acceptance letter yet. I was just wondering if anyone knows about the specifics of csulb nursing. I'm really nervous about making the right choice for a school because I want to trust the teachers can help me if I'm ever confused and will direct me towards success. I want to know if this program prepares you with upmost confidence and knowledge. I recognize csulb is very reputable but I wish to know more details, especially since I don't know of any alumni that can give me advice about the program.

I just got an e-mail being offered conditional admission. Does this mean that I've been accepted to nursing school or does it only mean that I've been accepted to the university?

You're accepted into the nursing program! From what I know, the university holds your application until they get the OK from SON that you are admitted. So because you got the email, you got into the program.

it came at 11:43 for me. and yes, i am a transfer student.

I got the denial letter :(. Congratulations to those who got accepted.

I got my email from SON at around 1230. Enrollment services sent me a conditional acceptance a few min before that.

I'm a current CSULB student and got it at 12:44 saying that I got in. Congrats to everyone that got in and hopefully those that are alternates can also get in!!!

I have not received anything from either the school or the SON. My application is still under academic review it says. Is that good or bad?
