yes, if the email said that u got the admission to Nursing program. I got directed to the SON as well, the lady from SON confirmed it and said the will send reconfirmation letter as well.

how they contacted you? via phone or email? since I got the email on 3/17, however I did not receive anything recently.

I called the Admission today to verify the email that we receive on the 17th of March, they said the letter meant I got accepted by both the SON and CSULA.

Well, I am an English learner so it was a bit challenging for me. I was so pressured when seeing most of the candidates were native English speaker. But I tried my best so now keep my finger crossed. My interviewers said we will hear from them in 3-4 weeks but I hope it will be sooner. Each waiting day is killing me.

If I were you, I would stick to my federal job. However, you have the reasons to leave and start nursing career. I do not want to discourage you but nursing pool now is too tough. You do not want to just pass the science classes but ace them. Otherwise, you will not get accepted from nursing school. Besides you can consider private school, which is less competitive but tuition is super expensive like over 100k for the whole program. Again, I do not want to stop you from your calling, but you need to be realistic and plan ahead if you decide to go for nursing.

Hi there. I am applying for csula for Fall 2018 as well. I think I have 27-28 points. However, Long Beach is my top choice. and I haven't heard anything so far from both school. So anxious! Btw keep me posted, guys!
