CSULA Fall 2016 Nursing (BSN)

I realize it may be early, but I wanted to start a thread for the CSULA Fall 2016 nursing program hopefuls. I'm sure we will all have a lot of questions, especially because of the upcoming semester conversion. I have plenty of questions about application deadlines, volunteer hours, TEAS, etc. It will be nice to have a community where we can ask each other questions and offer advice. Eventually we can share stats, and we may even end up in the same cohort!

No one has received anything, right? Someone on the Long Beach Fall 2016 thread is claiming that CSULA already sent out acceptance emails. They must be mistaken?

Yes, they are but for ABSN Cohort. BSN should be coming soon.....hopefully!!

I read the post and since they mentioned interview I think they may be talking about the MSN program not basic BSN. Since Csula doesn't do interviews for BSN. I have not gotten an email so that Iis confusing

No, you might be in the wrong thread. I'm a part of the CSULB fall 2016 thread and the only thing they mentioned was that it should be coming the first or second week of April.

Has anyone heard from CSULA's admission office? Not the school of nursing. I emailed them about my application and no one has responded to me, but they received my transcripts and everything. I just do not know if I'm in the university.
