CSULA ABSN 2016

Hi everyone! I haven't seen a thread started for this yet so figured I should start one! I'm applying to CSULA's ABSN program for Summer 2016 and am about to submit my application in the next few days. Who else is applying? Figured we could all support each other and keep each other updated during this nerve-wracking process :)

Do we have any idea of how many interview invites this program gives out?

I heard that it's double the number , so prob 60 people

I spoke to the coordinator back in October and they said they are looking to interview 50 people, but it could've changed since then.

New to the thread and wanted to say hi to everyone. I also applied to the ABSN program and on 1/22 I received an invitation to interview. My interview is the first week of Feb =]

Has anyone contacted office to see what's going on with the selection process?

The last time I sent an email was a week ago to ask if my application had been received. The email I got back stated that applications were still being reviewed, and to be patient, and that I would receive an email confirmation once my application had been reviewed. But I haven't received any confirmation yet so I am a bit worried!

I emailed the assistant regarding the emails and application, and she told me that they are still reviewing the application and not to be anxious. [emoji4][emoji106]🏽

It's encouraging that they recently sent another invite. I'm starting to freak out, but desperately trying to remain hopeful until I receive an official decision :nailbiting:
