Hi everyone! I haven't seen a thread started for this yet so figured I should start one! I'm applying to CSULA's ABSN program for Summer 2016 and am about to submit my application in the next few days. Who else is applying? Figured we could all support each other and keep each other updated during this nerve-wracking process :)

Correct me if I'm wrong but I thought the blood test is only for a positive TB/XRay.

I think she said by the orientation date if you're accepted.

@apisha she told everyone that interviewed to get their health requirements taken care of so we don't turn our paperwork in late if we happen to get accepted to the program.

April 30th, from what she told me back in February. It may have changed since then.

On the Student Information and Health Clearance Form, are we supposed to create a profile on www.certfiedpeople.com or do we wait for further instructions once we get accepted? I also see that it states, "see SON for package code" but I can't seem to find it, does anyone else know the code? Thanks!!!
