CSUF ABSN Fall 2021

Hi all! 
I just wanted to create this forum for students who are applying to CSUF Fall 2021 for the ABSN program in case we had questions for each other, wanted to share thoughts, stats and to support each other through this journey.

I just checked my TDA and it seems like everything is updated on there (I graduated from CSUF and took remaining pre requs at Citrus). I wonder if that means that they have already received it? But it's weird how the official transcript request is shown on my to-do list.

For me, there is nothing on my to do list, but one of my transcripts hasn’t been updated yet on my TDA...

Mine too! I graduated from CSUF and I sent over my nursing pre-reqs( those were taken at a CC). They all are on my TDA and they also appear on my transfer credit. I emailed them to see why I have it on my To Do List:

Interesting, on my TDA, one whole transcript is not there (from my 4 year college), but my transcripts from CC / AP classes are in (one of the ap classes is even wrong). Also, on my to-do list they're requesting the transcript from the CC? Recently, I was contacted by one of the SON advisors and was asked to send my grades from a Winter course I took, but that's about it.

For those that are not CSUF alumni, has any transfer credit been posted onto your student center portal?

Nothing has been posted on my transfer credit report or my course history.

Hello all, I had emailed the BSN advisor about the transcripts on our “to-do list” and what I should do. I was told that anything the advisor asks for is different from what the admissions wants. Anything admissions wants is on CSUF’s side of the process, while anything from the BSN advisor is from the SON side of the process. The advisor said that whatever is needed on our “to-do list” we should do (in this case send our transcripts), but it would take some time for admissions to receive and process our transcripts. Also, at this time, no one is being denied for not having all transcripts in right now. Hopefully, this takes some pressure off everyone’s shoulders. I also emailed admissions and am waiting for their reply.

Thank you for letting us know! So do you know if we just send transcripts to CSUF admissions again or are we supposed to somehow send them to the SON?

Hello, the transcript request is from the CSUF side of things, so send transcripts to admissions again. This time around, I decided to send them 2 more copies and 1 to myself just to make sure that if I got it maybe they would at least get one of the 2. I would rather play it safe and just hope that admissions gets it.

I had emailed them letting them know that I had sent all of my transcripts to Csuf and that they were accounted for on my TDA.
