Hi Everyone!

I see that there is no thread for the cohort for Spring 2015 for the ABSN Program yet! So this is my official attempt at making a thread for it! Please use this thread as a place for comments, questions and admission decision updates! I actually have been offered conditional acceptance already and would love to meet future classmates! Thanks guys!

Can you tell me your timeline? Like when everything was submitted and when you heard etc??

Thank you. My timeline is in entries 40 and 44 above. Nobody wants to see that litany repeated. Good luck! Also, keep checking the my.csusm website for updates. That is how I found out I had been accepted.

I am so happy to say I have been accepted! For those in charge of the FB group, feel free to add me- my name is Kelly Jabbora.

Anyone that is interested in my timeline:

Finished my prereqs end of may

Submit my final transcripts mid June

Received a notification that I was now in the Spring pool on July 1st

Received my final eval on July 9th

Admitted on August 29th

I HIGHLY encourage you guys to stay on top of your application. I noticed people getting into the program on this site who applied around the same time as I did and thought it was weird that I wasn't being admitted since I was evaluated with 41 points. I called to check on my application and they said they made a mistake on their end and that I should have already received acceptance since I had a high point value. Basically if I didn't call, I wouldn't have been ranked for the Spring cohort. You never know what's going on so make sure you check if it has been a while and you haven't heard anything! :)

I agree, I didnt get an email so I called and they told me I was admitted, then sent an email a few hours later

Hey everyone!

Im actually a little confused on how to find out when the ABSN program allows you to start applying.

I recently applied for a different CSU program and the application period was from Aug 1- Aug 31. I looked everywhere on the website and I can't find the dates of when the application period for CSUSM is?! Also how did so many of you hear back so soon?

I want to apply for Summer 2015 (as I don't feel ready to make the move so soon), does anyone know when these go up ?!
