Hi everyone! I know application cycle starts in August but I wanted to create this forum just in case somebody has questions and perhaps share some stats.
Mine are:
Science GPA: 4.0
Cumulative GPA: 4.0
TEAS Composite: 98.0
TEAS Reading: 93.6
I hope we can create a group chat of some sort so it's easier for us to communicate whenever someone has questions during the application period!

No but I’m all up to date on mine from the military and a volunteer program I did. Do you have to get anything done? Because they haven’t really been giving us a lot of time to get stuff done ?

I'm currently a 4th-semester student here at CSULB. If anyone has any questions regarding the program (1st semester, clinical, care plans, NCLEX, etc... Feel free to ask!
Hi! Thank you for answering questions! I was wondering how many days of the week can we expect to be on-campus for classes, and how many clinical are there in the first semester? I live about an hour away from campus and I’m debating moving closer if I would have to commute 4+ days a week.

Hey, you can expect to be on campus 1-2 days a week for lectures depending on how they group it. My cohort only had one day of lectures while this semester's cohort has two. Clinical-wise, it will only be one day for 1st semester! You won't have two clinical days a week until 3rd semester.

? I'm not sure though. Reading from the past threads, I've seen people recommending to get some vaccines done as soon as possible.

Hey! If it’s The CSULB SOAR advising that your talking about, the SOAR online advising and in person orientation is required for admissions into both CSULB & the School of Nursing.

When do we have to take that? I’ve never heard of it.

I’m not sure. I read on the advising page that we’ll get an example of the classes we need to register for based on our degree but I also heard that we don’t do anything during the registration part because our classes are picked for us. So confused ?
