Is anyone applying to hayward or eastbay for fall 2010? When will they give you a csueastbay/hayward email address because you can't submit your application until they give you that.

thanks for your interest in cal state east bay.
when applying online through csu mentor, you will need to set up an account that requires an e-mail address. this can be your own personal e-mail address. it doesn’t need to be one issued by cal state east bay. if you have problems doing this step in csu mentor, please call 1-800-go-to-xap. the staff at csu mentor can talk you through how to do this process and trouble shoot tech issues as needed.
hope this helps!
How is csumentor supposed to help me with my supplement application? The applications asks for a eastbay/hayward email account and I haven't received one yet. In the past, when I have applied to other state colleges, they always issue you an email address. I am just wondering how long till they issue me one.
hi - it's cal state east bay again.
ok, now i understand you’re doing a supplemental application for the nursing department, and, not the university’s application through csumentor.
if you are trying to submit a supplemental application to the nursing department through the nursing department’s web site, and you do not know your csueb issued e-mail account as of yet, you can leave that blank. the nursing department application does not require it as a completed field to submit the application.
now if you have been admitted to the university and received your csueb netid and activation code, you should be able to access your csueb email account. you can learn more at: http://www20.csueastbay.edu/prospective/after-youre-accepted/csueb-e-mail/index.html
please feel free to also reach out directly to the college of nursing, m-f, 8am-5pm:

Thank you very much. I know on the website says that you don't submit your transcripts until the nursing school asks for it, but will I have to send my transcripts to admissions?
the university's office of admission requires final official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended. so yes, you need to make sure you send them to the office of admission. the nursing department will ask you to send an additional copy of your transcripts if you make it through the first phase of their admission review process. so, you'll hear from them directly if they want to have you send them a set of official transcripts too.
I have a quick question about repeating prerequisites. Does the policy for repeating prerequisites apply to both the science and non-science courses? And when it says: "Repeating courses taken within the last 7 years will result in a deduction of 5 points per repeat from the total eligibility score." does it mean that if you repeated a pre-req 8 years ago then you wouldn't lose 5 points? Thanks for the answers.
there are many variables, so i recommend you contact the nursing department directly to discuss the specific details of their admission requirements. visit this page for their contact information: http://www.sci.csueastbay.edu/nursing/contact.html.

I just received my university acceptance letter & enrollment confirmation deposit request. Now comes the worst part..the excruciating wait to find out whether I'm accepted, rejected, or placed on the wait list by the school of nursing.

I too am waiting. This is the worst part of the process. Has anyone been contacted yet for their transcripts?

They asked me in December to send in my transcripts. Is this what you mean?
