Okay so Im thinking of buying crocs for work. I have them to wear to the pool:cool: but I work 12 hour shifts and I have been hearing so much about them. So who has them and what do you think???:yelclap: Worth it ?????? or :angryfire Forget it?? Please post your thoughts so I could make a final decision. Thanks so much.

I can go to work in my pj's (scrubs) and bedroom shoes....Occassionally my heals will be a little sore but that is not the shoe as much as how I stand. I even like splitting the shift and wearing them with the strap for half a shift and w/o the other half (works diff muscles and my legs dont tire)

well worht the 30-45 dollars

OMG! ARE THEY WORTH IT!??! I have battled foot pain for the last five years. I was a floor nurse and my feet would swell and ache constantly from the 12 hour shifts. I tried numerous kinds of shoes and spent ungodly amounts of money. I even went to a reflexologist and still no relief. I left floor nursing and went to a Cardiology office and I do stress tests 9 hours a day. Not on my feet near as much but still the swelling and pain. My daughter bought a pair of crocs and I tried them on. They felt great! I bought me a pair and after about 2 weeks of wearing them to work my foot pain and swelling dissapeared. I know that sounds so far fetched but it is the honest to god's truth. I love my crocs and I hope they never stop selling them.

just thought i would add my :twocents: ......i have two pair and absolutely love them!* i used to wear my birkenstocks, but my crocs seem like they give me more support!* (if you can believe that?!?) hope you guys have a good night tonight--i should actually get some sleep while my 2year old is sleeping!* good night!*:zzzzz

Love my crocs - still feel like dancing after a 12 hr day

Found they vary from one shoe to the next and also do stretch out a bit.

So is best to try them on. I got 7 pairs

I now own 4 pair of Crocs, two of the regular ones, a cute pair of pink sandals, & today I bought black with no holes. I broke a toe on the 4th & can't wear regular shoes without a lot of pain. When I wear my crocs, I don't even notice my toe.

I forgot to mention that I tried on the Target knockoffs & they looked nice but didn't feel as good on. Also the pair I tried on had to be worn as a clog only. The strap was not movable so it couldn't go behind the heel.

I like to wear crocs, I have also have a pair from All Hearts which personally I do not find them to be as roomy as crocs. Crocs are VERY comfy and say they are worth it!!!!

I got the ALl heart Italian style Comfort Clogs for $10.99 (2 for $20.98) and I LOVE them!! They do not have the Croc strap, however. I found Crocs very comfortable on the bottoms but much too roomy/wide for my B-width foot. I take an 8 or 8-1/2 B and the Medium Allheart Clog fits me great. I LOVE THEM---and the price is great!

I just bought a pair and for me the jury is still out.

I agree about the pearl color. It makes the crocs look dirty, especially in proximity to white socks and pants. I do most of my shopping at Wally World, too. Can you by the kind without holes there? I caution my students to not by the holey kind in view of what we step into...... or who we tuck our feet under....... :-)

I LOVE Crocs & all the knock-offs:monkeydance: :balloons: . I have 2 knock-offs, one from Payless & the other from Target. My feet don't hurt & I have seen others in the hospitals in other depts. wear them too.

I wear Crocs and love them...even wear the ones with the holes. After 12 hours and my feet arent aching...i believe they are well worth it. The fit is different...I really have to wear the next size smaller in them, because of the fit. My co worker started wearing them, convinced me to try them and now so many of the other nurses all over the hospital wear them...and in all the different colors, too.

Used crocs in Doctors Office for about four months. Eventually had to change to something with more support. I would come home at night and my feet and legs would start to hurt immediately. I would recommend sticking with the pool, not too good for 12 hours shifts.:o
