Counting Down The Days.........

Ladies and gentelmen out there. Who are counting down the days until school start and how many do you have left to go if any at all. I'm excited and terrify at the same time. It seems August 18th can't get here quick enough but at the same time I wisht the time would go slower is something wrong with me or am I just losing my mind. I just would like put all my prayers out their for everyone that made it to this point and continuing to make in their nursing career. Once again congrats to everyone and good luck on the school year. :up::up::up::up:

I know all of you are very exicited about starting the LPN program. I am in the last semester of it. Some advice first you will have to read, way more than you every care to. Second clinicals are not to bad just listen in your labs and don't every be afraid to ask a question or for help. (this is what the teachers are getting paid for) Third don't every let your guard down; meaning dont't think you will pass a class. Study hard and keep ahead of the class letctures and you all will do great. And most important have a little fun when you can. Good Luck!

I start on the 18th as well... but for me i finish in December of this year.. 2 very rough semester are down 1 left. so excited. Clinicals are so freaky... but everyone is literally in the same boat no one has really experienced it before, or the teachers or anything. So don't worry everyone feels that way. The clinicals are much better than classes..:)

Well I have a week and 4 days so I guess that makes 11 days!!! WOO!!!! Oh and as stated b4 I am still not done with my school package...still gotta get my background check...lol...it's gonna get done if its the last thing I do..:)

I am also starting on Aug. 18th and also can't wait. For this whole summer I have just been catching up on watching Friends because I know once school starts I won't have time to watch TV/DVD anymore.

I thinking about starting a "First day LPN Fall 08" thread when I get home tomorrow, since no one else has started one.. So you all can read for the next few days and then start adding to it as everyone starts. That way we can sort of keep tabs on each other and perhaps help each other out, if we don't get so busy studying to get on here once in awhile:loveya: So lets have fun and share our experiences... Whatcha think??
