Counting Down The Days.........

Ladies and gentelmen out there. Who are counting down the days until school start and how many do you have left to go if any at all. I'm excited and terrify at the same time. It seems August 18th can't get here quick enough but at the same time I wisht the time would go slower is something wrong with me or am I just losing my mind. I just would like put all my prayers out their for everyone that made it to this point and continuing to make in their nursing career. Once again congrats to everyone and good luck on the school year. :up::up::up::up:

I thinking about starting a "First day LPN Fall 08" thread when I get home tomorrow, since no one else has started one.. So you all can read for the next few days and then start adding to it as everyone starts. That way we can sort of keep tabs on each other and perhaps help each other out, if we don't get so busy studying to get on here once in awhile:loveya: So lets have fun and share our experiences... Whatcha think??

YES YES YES PLEASE DO!!! Forgive my over enthusiasm but I have been asking for that forever! Everyone always promises to but I guess when they actually make it back from school they are so overwhelmed and busy that they can't get around to it. I hope you are able to.

Hi everyone,

My name is Jennifer and I am new to the site. I am from Louisiana and will start school on August 25th. We had a meeting over the summer and the director let it be known that she was a b@#@h and she was very aware of it. She scared the mess out of us. We also had prereq. classes over the summer and we lost alot of students then.. I am really scared but sooo excited at the same time. Good luck to everyone!!! I can't wait to read how everyone's first days go and I will post my experiences on here also!!!!

I start on the 25th, the day after my birthday. I'm excited as well with my booksack all packed haha and all my summer reading assignments done.
