Is it just me, or does it seem like there are an awful lot of nurses who date/ marry cops and vice versa? My boyfriend is a police officer, and works with a lot of cops who are married to nurses; his best friend is also an officer and his wife is a nurse and a friend of mine's parents are also a cop and a nurse. Does this seem to happen a lot everywhere? Just thought it was interesting...
I dated a cop once not to bad, married military men.
I love guys in uniform.
Heather is right we are drawn to each other (these professions) its a yin/yang kinda thing one half sees the problem at the begining and the other half deals with the problem at the end of its cycle.
I work with a lot of cops and they have a weird sense of humor that I love, and I think some cops are sexy as hell, must be the duty belt (or the cuffs)
OK, my hubby is not a cop, but a custodian...but yes!!! there is certainly a little wonder-lust, but no wander-lust. During my bachelorette party, while barhopping with my 30 closest friends and relatives, got cuffed by a couple of our city's finest (no pun intended!) and my loving mom sent pics to all. My older sister made me wear a veil, along with a things-to-do tee, and the cuffs got stuck in it. Of course, lots of my fellow hospital workers (I work ER) saw me on their way tof work...trying to get loose...

My husband is retired military and we have been married 22 years. In our ER we have several cop/nurse and cop/fireman couples. I'm also a volunteer fireman/pre-hospital RN on our rural squad.
