Hey everyone. I was just wondering who applied to Columbia University's ETP program.

I got an email today telling me to keep logging into the website where I applied to check on the status of my application. Has anyone else got this email? And does anyone know approximately when they begin to post decisions?

I'm nervous as this was my #2 school.

The wait is killing me! I have a feeling "D" Day may be later in the week.

"D" Day for Penn is tomorrow. Ahhhhhhhhh! I also think Columbia's won't be out til around mid-late next week. Good luck!

Ha, "D-Day."

I'm also feeling the stress, but that puts it in perspective - at least we're not preparing to invade Normandy! Like some of the others, my guess is more on the Friday end of the week...

In the meantime I'll be sending good vibes for you, dohzenOFF, and any other UPenn applicants!

The waiting STINKS! Do you guys think we'll get the letters first? Or do you think our status might be revealed online earlier in the week? **wishful thinking**

I've heard by others that the results will be online also, but i'm not sure when it will be posted.

I received a decision online from Penn yesterday and am waiting to hear from Columbia. Like everyone else, the wait is killing me too! I applied to the CNM program and hearing that Columbia only accepts 20 students is very intimidating!!

I wish the best for everyone!! We will all end up where we should.

When I called a while ago Jose said that the info would be online. It seems logical that we would get things in the mail too, but it would be cruel (well, relatively) for them to post it online afterward. The wait is almost unbearable....I went into crisis mode last night and completely rearranged my room! I really thought they'd have things up today (it's not like we JUST submitted our applications!) but it doesn't look good. I have an interview for the GEM program at Rush University tomorrow so I'm partially hoping that they tell us today or wednesday so that I don't lose it on the El tomorrow!

I know it's so hard. I think decisions may not be posted until the end of the week. Try to focus on the Rush interview. I made a deal with myself to not check online for Columbia until Thursday.

I applied a little over a year ago to Columbia's History department and was rejected. The real reason why I am telling you guys this is because they sent an email letting me know that a decision had been reached. I'm pretty sure we will get an email letting us know the decision. Good luck to everyone!

So did anyone else get a little jolt when they checked their email this afternoon/evening to find a "reminder" email from the Columbia School of Nursing? Definitely got that feeling of nervous anticipation for a second or two... until I realized that it was just a reminder from Judy Wolfe to "check your email daily."

Well, at least now it's confirmed that decisions will be arriving via email!

Yep! I got it too. I just want to know - i'm waiting to hear from a few schools still, all within the next few weeks. Didn't have much luck with the first two schools I applied to, so I'm feeling a bit nervous and not very optimistic. Oh well, at least i'll know, so I can make other plans if I need to!
