Columbia MDE 2022

I know the application hasn't opened yet, but wondering if there was anyone else thinking of applying to Columbia MDE/DNP programs for June 2022 entry?

I just got off the phone with someone at FAFSA. She said that schools see every submission/correction to FAFSA that gets processed. So she told me to do what @bzzzzzzzzzz123 did. To group the schools by category, submit it, wait 3 days for it to process then go back in and add the other schools and submit. You just have to make sure each submission gets processed before you edit the next one!

Im also going to email my schools about it though just to make sure... Ill let you know what UPenn says!

 

Hi! I know this is kind of an old post but I'm curious do you need to remove the schools when you change from 5th year undergrad to 1st year grad or can I just leave my list of all the schools and change the status?

Hi! No you don’t remove any schools. U just update the type of program (5th year undergrad to 1st year grad, or vice versa) and submit! The most important thing is once u do one, make sure u give it time to be verified, processed and confirmed (usually around 3 days) before making the correction!

literally same. I'm staring NYU's onboarding RN but will jump ship if I get a decision in the next two weeks LOL

I was excited we may hear something today and then realized its MLK day. So no one is working …. 
 

nyu is sending out acceptances for Fall? I thought early decision for fall was deadline March 1st

Haha I’m probably wrong and it’s Spring, sorry for alarming you all. But I believe NYU does accept people on a rolling basis.

No the January start LOL! I didn't realize there would be this overlap with the decision timeline..

I definitely hope we hear something soon. ? Yeah NYU's fall admission application isn't due until March 1st but Pace's fall admission application is due Feb 1st which is coming up! I was hoping we would hear before the Pace deadline but they are so set on February that I don't even know anymore?

Hang tight. We should hear something by the middle or end of next week…. Who knows maybe even this week…  Based on the data from past years…. If in fact they release decisions in February  it will be the second time since the MDE program has opened. I don’t think it will be February.
