Most scrub uniforms usually have white pants (why???) from what I've heard so far
Ah Youth WE had white dresses with blue and white pinafores. White shoes, hose no makeup earrings wedding ring only please. One of our instructors measured the hem length with a yardstick. No runs in your hose, no perfume, hair back or in a bun, at least we didnt have to wear our caps daily, but our instructors did. One instructor was ex-Navy nurse you can only imagine her strict ways. On the flip side you always knew who the nurses and student nurse were.
My LPN schooling we wore ceil blue scrubs with white shoes. (cheap scrub sets issued, you could not go purchase your own. They fit everyone no matter how heavy, thin, short, tall, chesty or not like they were wearing garbage bags! Hated them..but thankful they weren't all white)
My RN program much nicer scrub set! Navy blue top & bottoms, white shoes.
Neck to toe white - white socks and shoes too.
Hair in a tight bun. no movement. or "satellites"
School logo on right sleeve.
In fundamentals they make everyone line up at the front of the room for
"uniform check" - then you also have to life the back of your top, bend over
and get your fanny looked at to make sure your undies don't have prints
and there is enough coverage!
After Fundamentals no specific uniform checks, but on weekly evals you can be
marked off for uniform violations.
My school clinical uniform consisted of navy pants, a white polo with the schools logo embroidered on it, a white lab jacket with the school's patch on one arm, and of course white socks and shoes. The SGA delegate tried to persuade the powers that be to change the uniform but they wanted us to look "professional" and said "everyone hates their uniforms".

We had to wear white head to toe. A patient commented to me once that they thought we looked very nice. Not so easy to get blood out of though.
