This is my first time posting, but I have been on Allnurses for a couple of years now! I really appreciate this community, as you all helped me to get through my prereqs and pass the teas 6.
I have applied to College of Marin's Fall 2017 ADN program, and I'm reaching out to see who else is applying there as well.
In addition to College of Marin, I had to cast a wide net for schools--I also applied to about 9 other schools in and around the area.
I would love to set up a thread so we can keep in contact with each other....I think we start to hear back in April/May.

@hawaiilala I'm pretty sure my friend said it's all the same email. She said it took them a bit to get it out and it was close to two weeks before school started(end of julyish). She also said they weren't too strict about scrubs right away and also our scrubs are going to be better quality than last years:) I still check my email like 15 times a day for the email! :)
You will get an email with your clinical group and what you need to register for. I would also say that open skills is invaluable as you can practice your assessments. You can always gauge what your schedule is by the class schedule page on the student portal.
I'm unable to locate the syllabi, and also the elsevier package was out of stock through the college of Marin bookstore, is there any other place we can purchase it?
I looked up each REQUIRED book on com bookstore, and Amazon. Com bookstore was out of (3) books, so I ended up ordering all the required books through Amazon.
I haven't made it to the bookstore yet to look for the syllabus, were you trying to buy it online?
I just left the com bookstore and the lady said to call back on Monday bc they should be expecting the bundles then and the syllbus should be coming soon too but not there until at least Monday.

I think if you enrolled with Phoenix you are automatically registered for the class to begin on the 18th.
