Hi!

I'm applying with 75 or 71 as well, if I calculated correctly.

I just received my substitution papers yesterday, they were approved!

The wait until may is driving me crazy though ? goodluck!!

Good luck to you as well! I hope we are offered a spot. ? did you apply anywhere else?

I know!! I feel like I keep checking their FAQs page to make sure I'm not missing any new info haha

I really hope so too! I applied to EVC, CCSF, and Hartnell so far. What about you?

I've only applied to NVC and COM. I had planned on applying to College of the Redwoods but their program was closed this cycle. ?

Hi

I also applied to COM. I applied with 75 or 80 points. I don't know how the stats for this year look.

Good luck to everyone!

I applied to COM and am also currently waiting. May seems such a long way off, the wait is going to be brutal!

I heard from someone at Enrollment Services that we could call and find out our points from the nursing department after they go through all of the applications and approve everyone's points. To the people who are currently in the program, did you do this? Did everyone you were applying with know for sure how many points they were given?

I Hope you get in!

I have read in previous threads that people were still being offered spots like the week prior to the program starting. So, I hope we receive good news!

I wonder when they start to go through applications since the deadline was like the 1st of Feb and it has been over a month. Perhaps, they only have like 4 people reviewing them .

Has everyone gotten their approved petition for substitution forms sent back by now? Should I be worried that I have not gotten mine yet?

Yes, I received mine last month by mail! Definitely reach out to them and follow up. I had to call and email enrollment services!

Hi All,

I am currently at nursing school and applied last year to College of Marin nursing program. I applied with 70 points only with no experience, no bachelors, no healthcare license. So I thought I wouldn't get accepted any school, but for my surprise I got accepted in 3 schools including college of marin. I decided to go to CCSF RN program which is amazing program. Good luck everyone and never lose the faith!

Hi!

Thank you for sharing your experience with us, it's very helpful and gives me more hope! When did you receive your acceptance letter? During May or closer to August?

How are you liking CCSF's RN program? Are you in their concurrent BSN program?

Hi , I received acceptance to College of San Mateo around may 26, CCSF June 15, and COM first week of August! But people who were accepted first slot at COM received their acceptance Mid may. CCSF was my first option and I'm doing the BSN bridge with SFSU , we do at same time starting in second semester. One of the reasons I wanted CCSF because the bridge program is much better than other schools and you will finish earlier. Basically everyone in my class who applied to the bridge got accepted! I love the program is a great school. You have to study a lot and the exams are pretty hard, but you will learn a lot! The clinicals are intense. Good luck!

Hi! Currently at COM in the program. They usually don't end up telling you how many points you got unless you follow up, but it's very hard to get ahold of them during this period. I remember being frustrated at the time.

with that said, patience is key right now! I found out my acceptance end of may (first batch of acceptances) and have friends in the program that got their acceptance like a week before classes began in August... I know it's terrible and anxiety inducing waiting so long, but hang in there!
