I think it is unit dependent. In the general info session, HR said they would take 2 weeks to review if applications are valid and meet basic criteria, and then forward to units. ...But in the ICN unit info session they said they were going to be reaching out for interviews starting July 29th, so I'm not really sure LOL. Doesn't quite add up. But essentially they want all offers out by mid august ish to have everything wrapped up by august 30th.

They send you the info for the background information pretty fast once you get the initial hr email, and they ask you do to it ASAP so that onboarding can be complete in time for start date. But there wasn't a hard cut off date.

I wouldn't worry just yet- the HR Person in the phone said it's just her doing the emails and follow ups for all 55 hires, so she's probably a bit back logged!
