Starting a thread for those of us applying to COC Summer/ Fall 2019 RN program. I am specifically applying to the LVN to RN program. Lets keep each other updated on status.

Just received my email as alternate student #2. I will be declining my alternate position. Good luck to everyone.

Ps: I was a chosen alternate at moorpark as well (my top choice school) and within 1 week they called me to change my acceptance status to admitted. Keep your fingers crossed alternates you will get in!

I got in!!! Cannot believe it!! My points - 4.0 in the sciences, 4.0 cumulative GPA, 85.3 on my teas and 3 extra random points put me at a 83! Congrats to everyone and alternates(don’t feel discouraged, you just never know!) !!!

I'm 5th on the waitlist with 70 points!

I got my acceptance as well. I believe I had 81 points and based on what everyone's points are it looks like the cut off may have been around 75 points.

Is there’s way to know where you are on the waitlist after they’ve sent you an email. Because I know some people have already declined their offers.

Has anyone been bumped from alternate to accepted yet? Or should we not expect any movement until orientation?
