Hello All:

Starting a thread for those of us applying to COC Summer/ Fall 2019 RN program. I am specifically applying to the LVN to RN program. Lets keep each other updated on status.

I had 68 points and I’m alternate number 12

Which is why it’s strange that someone with 84 points is alternate 16. Sometimes, I just don’t understand how things work!

Maybe I miscalculated my points, but my application was pretty straight forward, so I’m pretty sure I had somewhere in the 80s.

who know ??‍♀️ it is what it is lol. I’m happy I was accepted at one of my preferred choices anyway. Good luck to everyone on the waitlist. I hope you hear some good news soon.

Your stats were amazing so I’m pretty sure you didn’t miscalculate, let alone miscalculate by 15 points.

I’m glad that you were accepted where you wanted to go so it’s a non-issue!

#1 on the wait list was accepted to the program tonight; she got a phone call and email. So it looks like they're adding people as spots open up!

Nothing here. We should get a better sense of where we stand next week at orientation. The waiting is rough though, isn’t it?

I expect that we will see a bunch of movement around May 15 to the end of May. Glendale, LA CONAH, Ventura and most of the LA schools should be sending their acceptances right around that time. Pasadena should send theirs in June, and LAVC in June/July.

All we can do is hope at this point.

Me. Was listed as number 12 on the waitlist but I think I went up because some students have listed on here that they dropped. See you there.

Have any of the LVNs heard anything about The clinical schedule for June. I remember they said they would email us when we can register for the class.
