College of the canyons Spring 2019-COC 2019 Applicants

They randomly select about 5 students each semester

I read on the COC website that in order to be eligible for acceptance you must get a minimum of 70 points. Is that overall or just score at least a 70 on the TEAS?

Hey there, I'm pretty sure its 70 points overall. I believe the minimum passing Teas score is 62%

I wrote the TEAS last Friday at COC as well and I'm crossing fingers and toes I am selected too!

I think the 70 that you read on the website was the Chancellor's cut score. I think we need a minimum cut score of 70 to be eligible for the program.

My stats are :

4.0 Biology GPA

3.78 Overall GPA

83.3 TEAS

120 volunteer hours

I think this give me 72 multi criteria points

I hope this is good enough to be selected!!!

Wow!! 87.3 on the TEAS??! And a bachelor's degree??! *Bows down*!! Congratulations! That's an incredible score! I pray we all get an email in the next 3 weeks!
