College of the Canyons (COC) ADN Fall 2021

Hello everyone!
I have not seen a forum for COC's Fall 2021 ADN program, so I decided to make one for all applicants to ask questions, share stats, and talk about anything relating to the application process.

I believe I calculated 76 points.. I don't feel like this is as competitive, but I believe it is worth a shot.

Hi! Thanks for starting this forum. This is my first time applying for nursing programs, I’m nervous but excited! I technically haven’t applied yet I’m waiting for my request for nursing prerequisite evaluation to go through but I will be applying once that’s approved. I have yet to take the TEAS, but I’m aiming for a 90+ and if I achieve that my points will be 84? Which I don’t know if that’s competitive or not for this school but I’m still nervous regardless  ?

Oh wait! I just checked my email. The evaluation results are out for me. Check yours too! ?

OMG so soon?! I haven’t received anything from any of the schools I’ve applied to so far, I hope this isn’t a bad sign ?.

I'm still waiting for the results of the counselor eval as well; I submitted the form about 3 weeks ago so I'm not sure how much longer it'll be. Hopefully we'll get the results soon.

I got an email that we are supposed to hear back by 3/31. That makes me so nervous! I hope all goes well.

Thank you! You as well!! I think I only have like 68 points if I counted right ?haha
