I need sociology only and was suppose to do CLEP but Haneen knows why I have not been able to take it and told me I was exempt and had until August to take it. It has been so much going on my mind is all over. Thank you for your positive words! ?
Hi everyone! I also got accepted into the day program, I received an acceptance email yesterday. I don’t believe they’re sending it all at once (not sure why), but please try to stay positive if you haven’t heard anything yet. I know it’s easier said than done but I was certain I didn’t get in after not hearing from them for so long. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone all morning to pay for the deposit, does anyone know if they’ll also send out a welcome packet through mail?
@PM826 Same here! I was supposed to CLEP SOC, but was told they wouldn’t factor that into their consideration and that I just needed to take it and pass by September if anything.
But I’m guessing they really only looked at those with nothing pending - so disappointing ?
For those who are still waiting on your acceptance I hope you guys hear back good news soon. Remain positive! They must be really behind on things due to covid
Also, I know this was already suggested but Iona does have a new nursing program and if you’re like me where you really had your heart set on starting school in September - they’re still accepting applicants! The advisor is also very attentive and gets back to you very quickly.

I was Accepted to the day program all though I applied for evening. I haven’t had my deposit payment processed either. The advisor called me Friday to take my cc info over the phone and that they haven’t received my mail with my forms yet but she said it’s fine due to everything going on. I was told that someone working remotely was going to process the payment but I still don’t see anything taken out of my account. So I guess we’ll just have to wait and see
