  1. Hi smartirntb, I have and you're right the books are a bit pricey. Get the four books that said required that will run you over $1000 including shipping.
  2. Hi Aspirational Beauty check with Haneen to see if the are taking students that failed out of nursing program. I think in one of the info session that I went to they stated that they don't but don't quote me on it. Things and time changes. I would also recommend you look into Mercy college I think they take student that fail a class. Best of luck keep reaching for your goals.
  3. Thanks for the information. What number did you call because I have been calling the admissions number with no success.
  4. OK great thank you very much. I will email her right away.
  5. I wouldn't say that I don't know the order in which they send out their acceptance letter. I do understand how you are feeling. I applied for Spring 2020 and didn't get in because I was missing sociology and nutrition. I took the Spring and completed bith with grades A for nutrition and B+ for sociology. If you don't get in for fall try for Spring just don't guve up. Try and find out why you didn't accepted if you have to retake a class to bring your GPA up do. Just remember that not every set back is a failure it's sometimes a bleasing.
  6. Hi everyone I got accepted into the fall 2020 day program. Is anyone having the same iussues as I do I hand delivered my response to the acceptance letter to the security at the hospital that he put into a mailbox. I' ve trying to confirm if the school has received my letter because the deposit was not removed from my account. I got intouch with *********** she said she was going t OK make a note of it and the accountant person would process the deposit Monday which was yesterday same the money still haven't removed from my account. Also did anyone receive information on getting the background check done. Am just super worried at this point because the due daye to pay was June 19th. And I delivered the letter on June 15, 2020 they should have gotten it already.
  7. Hi SLME, I took the TEAS as well passed for my school of choice but the program is hybrid which wont work with my life and work schedule. In my personal opinion the TEAS is different with the science, some areas in the math and the writing is way off. Kaplan writing is similar to PSAT. The math has conversion like medz calculation which is not on the TEAS. The reading is similar. I would you trying for Cochron it's a very good program. I am currently working with some excellent nurses who graduated from there. Getting an 85 on the Kaplan is a sure in as long as your GPA is 3.0 and higher. I scored a 69 but didn't get in because they factor in your GPA so if someone has a 4.0 and score a 65 and above they ranked higher than someone who score 69 with a GPA of 3.5.The key to getting in is to score high on Kaplan and have a high GPA. I am also going to retest for a higher score and complete a class that I was missing to improve my chances. All the best future nurse!
  8. Thank you Chijioke Obga for the info. Am not sure what my GPA is. However, I got A- in micro, A&PI&II B&B-, Chemistry B+, ENGI&II B&B, PSYI B, Development PSY B. Have other classes that they didn't require like statistic with an A.
