Hey yall!
Just wondering if there are any of us out there still working on pre-reqs - hopeful nursing graduates of 2006?
Roll call! :)
I'm the 26yo mama of two boys (5yrs and 18mos). I work FT right now and am taking my pre-reqs at night. Hoping to get into a BSN program and start my nursing core/clinicals in fall 2004!

I know that should be easy, but I was the last one in that class!
Good luck!
I'm really rusty on my math skills.. metric, scientific notation, etc. Thank heavens our book came with a "math review" mini-book attached! :)
I've only had college algebra and trig/pre-cal. I enrolled in Cal 1 a few years ago, but dropped out mid-semester.
Stats isn't a pre-req for the BSN program I was/am planning on applying to, but it's required senior year or sooner - might as well do it now if I have time.
How'd your communications class go?
Gawd I hated stats. I took stats I & II for my psych degree. That was a thorn in my side. Hate, hate, HATED stats. Just couldn't wrap my head around it. I took up through college algebra II/trig back then. I got a B in that class & understood it a lot better than stats. I know stats is required for the RN-BSN program I'm looking at taking after I finish with this ADN. I'm hoping & praying that my old stats classes will transfer.

Yeah, I double-posted the question. Doh! :)
I was getting a little terrified - I ordered my Lit book from Amazon about 10 days ago and it FINALLY got here today. Bought it used so was worried I got a bad seller or something.

Okay so I started Physio, major butterflies goin on here! When I took the first part (A & P), it was the Physio that just about killed me. But this guy seems easier. All exams (minus one 30 pt. essay) is MULTIPLE GUESS, I MEAN CHOICE!!!! Although sometimes that can be harder. I hear when he gives notes, they are all written out for us to copy. That's kinda cool, so I don't miss anything.
He seems nice enough.

Anyway, first lecture today, wish me well!
