City tech Nursing spring 2016

Hello everyone,

I apply for the nursing program and I have a pre-req GPA of 3.5 and a teas score of 72. i just wanted to know what are my chances of getting in. Does anyone knows what was the cut-off for last semester. and finally when do we get the acceptance letter for Spring 2016?

Do you guys know how to choose the hospital for our clinical??

We set up an account and once that's done they schedule you to go in to one of their clinics where we then submit a urine sample. Then there are forms to be filled out for the background check. The deadline is February 4. I think. Also, we have to be CPR trained prior to classes beginning. I just don't know how our certification is submitted - if it's through email or in person

Is it the background site in the papers we got that we pay for first? And we have to have cpr certification before class ???

I think the acceptance letter should've contained more information addressing all these questions such as the background check, drug test, CPR certification, etc. Maybe that is what the orientation is for on the 19th? Anyone started buying the uniform and supplies yet?
