Hi everyone! I created this thread for all of us who are applying to the RN Residency at Children's Hospital Los Angeles for the September 2018 cohort. We can keep each other posted on application status and interviews. What unit did everyone apply to? I applied to the NICCU.

Has anyone heard from the OR?

Completed my first interview for the OR 10 days ago; haven't heard back anything yet!

Thank you for your response. I had already gone to the interview. It was a bit of both I might say, but with a lighter feeling like you mentioned. They were trying to get to know me, except I was so nervous!

I am hoping to get a second round interview. Has anyone heard anything back yet regarding a second interview with the heart institute? I have noted that they mentioned going into the end of the week but just wondering.

I haven't heard anything back yet. They told me to wait up until 2 weeks.

I was told I would hear back by April 30th, but it has been a couple days...

Did you get a call or an email? I still haven't heard anything so I don't think I have another interview.

They said HR would contact us next week (which would be this week)... still haven't heard anything yet either, fingers crossed we both know more before the weekend!

Nope... feel like it's a little comforting that none of us have heard back, maybe they are moving slower than anticipated?

Also interviewed for OR 2 weeks ago. Haven't heard back for second rounds yet either. The wait is torture! Anyone hear back yet? Thinking of emailing the recruiter tomorrow afternoon. Crossing fingers for us!

Anyone heard updates from the heart institute? Also, does anyone know if they send out rejection emails or just invites to 2nd round?
