Officially accepted offer today :) HR was super busy (took multiple other calls while I was on the phone with them) so stay positive, they're still making calls! Would anyone be interested in starting an FB group so we can all share tips and get to know the cohort?

Can you shed any light on how the 2nd interview was structured? Was it mainly behavioral questions? Thanks :)

Did you all list your individual clinicals under work experience or just on your resume under your profile? I'm concerned our resumes might be overlooked since they are not directly attached to the application, and want to make sure clinicals associated with the unit I am applying to are highlighted. Feels strange to put clinicals under work experience though since they weren't my job/I wasn't paid. Any insights into how you approached this are appreciated :)

You will be an awesome nurse too! Rejection is never fun (I've had my fair share lately too), but it doesn't mean you're not going to do great things.
