Hi everyone! I created this thread for all of us who are applying to the RN Residency at Children's Hospital Los Angeles for the September 2018 cohort. We can keep each other posted on application status and interviews. What unit did everyone apply to? I applied to the NICCU.

Just had my first interview with 5 West! I felt like it went well but I can barely remember what I said because I was so nervous. Has anyone else interviewed with 5W and know when we should expect to hear back for second interviews?

Also just interviewed with 5W this morning. It went by so fast, but hopefully did well. It was mostly behavioral questions for me, that I've seen before. Before hanging up I asked when we would hear back and they said a few weeks, since there are still a lot more interviews they're going through!

For those who have completed the speed interview, do you have any tips on ways to prepare or just thoughts on how this style of interviewing works? I received a call from the Heart Institute this morning, looking forward to this next round!

I still haven't heard anything at all :( Does anyone know if they send rejection emails too? or do you just hear nothing at all?

I just heard back about second round of interviews (for 5W)! They scheduled me to come in in about 2 weeks for in-person. As for rejection letters, one of my friends have gotten emailed about it just yesterday but am unsure of what units
